Bible Plan Generator (“App”), operated by 762 Media Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the App, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, plans, or information displayed
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights
  • Fitness for any particular purpose
  • Merchantability or quality
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Freedom from viruses, malware, or harmful code

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The App is a tool for organizing and tracking Bible reading plans only. It does not:

  • Provide pastoral care or spiritual direction

3. MEDICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH DISCLAIMER

If the App is used for any wellness, spiritual practices, or personal reflection features, the App is NOT a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or professional mental health counseling.

The App links to external Bible reading sources including but not limited to YouVersion, BibleGateway, TBS Online Bible, and other third-party platforms. The Company:

  • Does not control or endorse the content of external links
  • Is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or security of third-party sites
  • Does not warrant the legality or appropriateness of third-party content
  • Disclaims liability for any harm caused by accessing external links or third-party content

Your use of external links is at your own risk and subject to those third parties’ terms and privacy policies.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

The App provides tools to organize and track Bible reading. The Company makes no guarantees that:

  • Completion of plans will result in spiritual growth or religious understanding
  • Using the App will produce any specific spiritual, religious, or personal outcomes
  • The App will function in any particular manner beyond what is expressly provided

Results from using the App will vary by user and depend on individual effort, engagement, and circumstances.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE APP, YOUR USE OF THE APP, OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNT, THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00).

This limitation applies to all claims regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), whether or not the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
  • Loss of data or information
  • Loss of goodwill or reputation
  • Emotional distress or spiritual harm
  • Cost of substitute services

This exclusion applies even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. USER ASSUMPTION OF RISK

BY USING THE APP, YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with your use, including but not limited to:

  • Risks of data loss or corruption
  • Risks related to your religious or spiritual practices
  • Risks of reliance on App-generated plans or information
  • Risks associated with external links and third-party services
  • Risks related to account security and unauthorized access

9. SEVERABILITY

If any portion of this Disclaimer is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the intent of the Company.

10. CHANGES TO DISCLAIMER

The Company reserves the right to modify this Disclaimer at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Disclaimer.
